Micro Piling

Micro-piling, in contrast to standard piling, involves the use of smaller foundation elements called micro-piles or minipiles. These foundation elements are typically made of steel and have a much smaller diameter compared to traditional piles. Micro-piling is an ideal solution for situations where space is limited, or where the soil conditions are particularly challenging. Micro-piles are drilled into the ground and designed to provide support for structures in areas where standard piling might be impractical or unfeasible. They are especially useful in retrofitting existing structures, underpinning foundations, and stabilizing slopes. The smaller scale and versatility of micro-piles allow them to navigate restricted access areas, providing robust support while minimizing the disruption to the surrounding environment. These elements are often utilized in foundation repair, strengthening of existing structures, and the construction of structures in confined spaces.
